1. Product Quality Pledge

BA industrial power generators monitoring control of BA products is according to ISO9001 system standard. The technical warranty stipulates the product performance, the design, the manufacture and the material quality are in accordance. We provides warranty for one year or 1000hrs running time whichever comes first when the genset leaves the factory, and conformity with the instructions and conditions stated in the user manual for the installation, equipment calibration, operation and maintenance. and we will take charge of the generating set because the insufficiency of main performance index caused by manufacture quality, the failed part damage. and also we supply lifelong service.

The warranty doesn't cover the normal wear and tear of parts of the generating set. We won't be responsible for cases of negligence and poor maintenance, overload, improper operation, diesel, oil, cooling water not conform to the stipulated standard, poor foundation structure, improper installation, damages caused by chemical or electrochemical corrosion or electrical influence, and any other cases caused by non-manufacture factors.

2. Technical Service Pledge

For high quality brand, service must be of top priority! Our Company will advise about the correct installation of the generating set, provide an debugging and training to the operating crew of the generating set. To ensure that the end-user's electric power project as scheduled puts into operation, and safe completion of the electricity generation task, our company solemnly pledge:
