How to prevent premature wear of active parts of diesel generators
Main technical measures to prevent premature wear of active parts of diesel generators (such as journals and bearing bushes, piston pins and copper sleeves, piston rings and cylinder walls, etc.)
(1) Strengthen the lubrication work to ensure that the friction surface is well lubricated, correctly select the lubricating oil according to the requirements of the diesel generator and the ambient temperature, and ensure that the pressure and oil outlet temperature of the lubricating oil of the diesel generator meet the requirements of the manufacturer. During operation, keep sufficient oil quantity according to the regulations, replenish it regularly, pay attention to keep clean when refueling and changing oil and oil storage.
(2) When installing and overhauling, select the appropriate gap according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance manual (such as the gap between the main uranium tile and the connecting rod uranium tile, the gap between the piston pin and the copper sleeve, the gap between the piston ring and the cylinder, etc.). Check and adjust regularly.
(3) Eliminate the "three leaks (oil leak, water leak, and air leak)". When oil, water, and air leaks are found, they must be dealt with in time (when there is light yellow foam in the lubricating oil, it proves that water has leaked in), lubricate When water and diesel oil leak into the oil, stop the machine for inspection, and allow the machine to run after the leakage is eliminated.
(4) The roughness of the friction surface of each active part must meet the requirements, the smoother the better, and the harder the journal hardness, the better. Except for the first piston ring, the hardness of other piston rings should be slightly equal to the hardness of the cylinder wall.
(5) Correctly check the compression ratio, oil intake, fuel injection time and burst pressure of each cylinder, so as to ensure that each cylinder bursts evenly and reduce the unit load of the bearing surface.
(6) Strengthen the daily maintenance work generator Set and carry out equipment inspection in time. It is necessary to be equipped with necessary monitoring instruments, to listen to the sound of each part frequently, to touch the temperature of each part frequently, to clean the machine frequently, to keep it clean, and to carefully fill in the operation records; to formulate the correct lubricating oil replacement cycle according to the specific conditions of the power station, which should not be too short Replacement causes waste, and one-sided emphasis on saving should not be replaced for a long time; generally, the lubricating oil filter should be cleaned once a week, and the lubricating oil cooler should be cleaned every 3500h. During the maintenance process, care should be taken to prevent debris from falling into the diesel generator, and the friction surfaces of the removed parts should be protected with oil.
