What are the common faults of diesel generator high pressure common rail system
A category of diesel engine electronic control technology. The main advantage of the high-pressure common rail system is that it can change the injection pressure and injection time in a wide range, and realize the electronic control of the diesel engine by considering the oil pressure generation process and the fuel injection control process separately. High-pressure common rail EFI technology refers to a fuel supply method that completely separates the generation of injection pressure from the injection process in a closed-loop system composed of a high-pressure oil pump, a pressure sensor and an electronic control unit (ECU). It uses a high-pressure oil pump to deliver high-pressure fuel to the public fuel supply pipe, and realizes precise control through the oil pressure in the public fuel supply pipe, so that the pressure of the high-pressure fuel pipe has nothing to do with the engine speed, which can greatly reduce the fuel supply pressure of the diesel engine. degree of change. 1. The diesel engine of the Synchronize Panel diesel generator cannot start the fault
The diesel engine of the diesel generator is a compression ignition internal combustion engine. The smooth start of a diesel engine not only requires a large amount of fuel to be fully atomized and sprayed into the cylinder, but also requires the compressed air in the cylinder to have a certain temperature and pressure, so that the diesel can spontaneously ignite. Therefore, the diesel engine cannot start smoothly, and the reason is generally in the starting system, electronically controlled fuel system, intake and exhaust system or the matching clearance of the diesel engine. Customers can analyze and judge step by step according to the accompanying characteristics of the fault.
For the whole vehicle whose starter is controlled by ECU, ECU first checks the neutral signal when starting, and then outputs a current to drive the starter relay. After the relay is connected, the battery drives the starter to start. Focus on checking the following items: neutral switch, starter relay, battery, parking switch.
① Check the position of the switch under the vehicle (should be in the disconnected state).
② Check whether the wiring of the transmission is intact, and try to use emergency start (press the ignition switch for more than 3 seconds).
③ Check whether the battery voltage is too low to drive the starter.
④Whether the starter relay and wiring are in good condition.
⑤ Check whether the starter is burned out.
⑥Whether the ignition switch and start switch are broken.
2. The rail pressure cannot be established
The common rail system of diesel generators has high requirements on the fuel oil circuit, and the low pressure oil circuit (fuel tank, coarse filter, fine filter, oil return) and high pressure oil circuit (high pressure oil pump, common rail high pressure oil pipe, fuel injector) must be guaranteed Airtight. If there is a problem in any link, the rail pressure cannot be established normally, so it is necessary to attach great importance to the entire fuel oil circuit.
(1) Inspection of low pressure part
① Check whether the oil level in the fuel tank is too low.
② Check whether the hand oil pump works normally.
③ Check whether there is air in the low-pressure oil circuit, and discharge the air (sometimes the leakage of the low-pressure oil circuit is not obvious, and careful inspection is required).
Exhaust method: mainly exhaust the air inside the coarse filter. Loosen the air release bolt on the coarse filter, and press the hand pump on the coarse filter by hand until the oil continues to flow out from the air release bolt.
