Product Detail
The control system of the electronically controlled engine is simply composed of three parts, namely the sensor, the electronic control unit ECU and the actuator, in which the ECU plays the role of "brain". . Like an ordinary computer, it consists of a microprocessor (CPU), memory (ROM, RAM), input/output interface (/O), analog-to-digital converter
(A/D) and large-scale integrated circuits such as shaping and driving.
ECM works through various sensors (including temperature sensor, pressure sensor, rotation sensor, flow sensor, position sensor, etc.)
sensor, oxygen sensor, knock sensor, etc.) to collect the working status information of each part of the engine, and send it to the
ECU. After the ECU receives these signals, it will analyze the various signals, and will know the function of the various components of the engine.
What kind of state, information on how it works:--The program stored in the memory ROM is obtained through precise calculation and a lot of experiments.
It is written on the basis of the obtained data MAP. This inherent program is constantly connected with the collected sensor data when the engine is working.
Signals are compared and calculated. The results of the comparison and calculation are used for engine ignition, air-fuel ratio, idle speed, exhaust gas recirculation, etc.
Closed-loop control of term parameters.
